While the tournament name has changed, the purpose remains the same &#8211; to raise funds to help the physically challenged and economically disadvantaged children in our area. The Chapman Invitational honors the late Gladys Chapman and her son, Joe Chapman as well. Mr. Chapman initially established the tournament over 29 years ago to honor his mothers legacy. With the passing of Joe in December 2016, we remember them both by hosting the annual invitational. Enjoy spirited camaraderie and friendly competition while contributing to the betterment and development of our most precious resource, our children. Since 1997 tournament sponsors and participants enabled the Chapman Invitational to raise more than $800,000 for charities dedicated to helping children get off to a healthy start and achieve their potential.
