Welcome – 27th Annual Chapman Invitational Golf Tournament

This is your personal invitation to join us for another exciting day of golf and fun. While the tournament name has changed, the purpose remains the same – to raise funds to help the physically challenged and economically disadvantaged children in our area. The Chapman Invitational honors the late Gladys Chapman and her son, Joe Chapman as well. Mr. Chapman initially established the tournament over 20 years ago to honor his mothers legacy. With the passing of Joe in December 2016, we remember them both by hosting the annual invitational. We hope you will join our efforts again this year by lending your time, resources and funds to local charities, so we can all do our part to make Bay County a better place to live, work and play.

The 2024 Tournament Committee invites your participation in the Chapman Invitational at Panama Country Club. Enjoy spirited camaraderie and friendly competition while contributing to the betterment and development of our most precious resource, our children. Since 1997 tournament sponsors and participants enabled the Chapman Invitational to raise more than $800,000 for charities dedicated to helping children get off to a healthy start and achieve their potential. This year, as budgets tighten, the committee will carefully assess the needs and programs of area children’s charities in deciding how to distribute tournament proceeds.
